• Valve guides machining;

• Geometrical grinding – using borazon stones;
• Honing, using specific granularity stones – to reach correct roughness;
• Brushing process  with “plateau system” to eliminate roughness peaks.

New cylinder kits

One of the main troubles that hounds aircraft engines users are those cracks that often are spotted on cylinder heads, valves seat area, or spark plug insert, before engine TBO expires.

Every year AERO ENGINE ITALY arranges training courses regarding GA engines maintenance and connected topics.

Training courses usually last three days, with theoretical and practical lessons.

At the end of training, AEI issues a Certificate which confimes skills and knoledge status achieved by every attendee.

AEI, to match peculiar requests, may also execute special Training courses concerning selected topics or updates.
